Carpet Cleaning Technician

Location: Stoughton, MA

Aladdin's Carpet Cleaners LLC is seeking a dedicated Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. No prior experience is necessary — we provide all equipment, hands-on training, and uniforms. A valid driver’s license and clean background are required.

At Aladdin's, we pride ourselves on delivering eco-friendly, pet- and human-safe cleaning solutions with faster dry times and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We serve the Boston area, including Norfolk, Suffolk, Middlesex, Plymouth, and Bristol Counties.

Compensation:
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour with commission

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Conduct carpet, tile, upholstery, and pet stain cleaning services
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Participate in on-call rotation; after-hours and weekend work may be asked
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required, but preferred — full training provided
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving/background record
  • Ability to handle a physical workload
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a dynamic field setting

Compensation & Benefits

  • $25.00 - $32.00 per hour with commission
